Hey!

Recently I have been feeling lethargic, and uncomfortable with my own body.
I have therefore decided to try and get fit / Healthy. I am beginning with a few light workouts at home.
In my opinion nothing can be achieved without at goal in place for motivation. The goal I have set is to look good feel good, by December 29th (My Birthday, and also when I go to america for 2 weeks)


The key areas to work on is my Stomach, and Legs.
I plan on documenting my journey, as I feel this will also help keep me motivated, and as someone who has never really enjoyed physical work I need all the motivation I can get!
